The Post Holiday Rush….

I hope that everyone has had a great holiday. We here have had a wonderful holiday. DDs were very happy with what Santa brought for them, as was DW and myself. We have spent some quality time with our families, and enjoyed every minute of it. I hope the same is true for you.

Ever notice though, that it takes forever to recover from the holidays? Luckily, as a teacher, I have a week or so off after Christmas, but still…I don’t think any of us have gotten back into the normal swing of things. The girls are exhausted, as are we…but there is still more to do. We have a birthday coming up (mine, today) and then we go right into New Year’s. I am beginning to think that things won’t return to relaxed and normal until we go back to school!
